From 20:00, our stage turns into a living room for bands, artists and fans – a place where rock, indie, funk, punk and many more sounds celebrate life.
Between bars that have heard countless melodies and guests who sing, dance and laugh together, there’s a vibe you can only feel live.

With influences ranging from ZZ Top, Herman Brood, Wilson Pickett, the Teskey Brothers to the Rolling Stones, Rooster delivers an electrifying mix of classics and their own style – every concert is a celebration of blues and rock!

– mancala | Live Music at Sowiso - Ocean Aachen
mancala is an alternative pop band from Düsseldorf, blending elements of rock, soul and RnB in their songs. The band consists of Silas, Nadja, Thore and Justus.
Their English-language songs move thematically between romantic lightness and melancholic depth. This subtle dance unfolds through occasionally distorted guitars and hip-hop grooves, carried by a carpet of warm vocals and gentle chords.

Riz Andalas is an Indonesian artist based in Aachen. His music blends honest, introspective lyrics with evocative melodies and a sound that moves between driving hip-hop beats, soulful RnB and atmospheric indie textures.
Having grown up between cultures, Riz explores themes of identity, migration and belonging. His songs reflect the experience of living between worlds – a space between home and distance, memory and reinvention. This personal lens gives his music emotional depth, transforming individual stories into something that can be universally felt.

For over a decade, Aachen-based musician Mike Misfit smashed his voice, bass and guitar into notoriously loud yet famously unknown punk bands. In 2017, born out of necessity, he stepped onto the stage alone for the first time – with acoustic guitar and harmonica. Since then, it’s been distortion out, storytelling in.
Away from his regular gigs in the most beautiful city in the world, he roams the back roads of Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands in his old camper. Wherever he ends up, there are songs and stories about small dreams, big failures, long nights and heavy hangovers. The fine line between comedy and tragedy – in three minutes and four chords.

When asked which genre they belong to, tu.lips can’t give a clear answer themselves. As the musical equivalent of “pineapple on pizza”, Marten (handpan), Mai (vocals) and Adrian (guitar & vocals) happily and frequently break the rules.
Together, they create their very own sound from ethereal handpan tones, rhythmic guitar and pop- and jazz-inspired vocals.

– Uncrook | Live Music at Sowiso - Ocean Aachen
Uncrook is a German/Belgian hard rock/metal band from the Aachen border region.
Since the end of 2024, Uncrook consists of: Patrick Korr (vocals/guitar), Marco Becker (drums/vocals), Gerrit De Bruecker (bass/vocals) and Lucca Groß (guitar).
Their style combines a wide range of influences from bands such as Alter Bridge, AC/DC, Avenged Sevenfold and Trivium.
In September 2019 they released their first album "Years Gone By", available on CD as well as online and for streaming.
In 2019 they played, among others, at “Rock Op t Gras”, the “R2R Festival” and various other venues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
They are currently working on their 2nd studio album “Breaking the Chains”, scheduled for release at the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.

It’s about the longing for adventure and acceptance, and the tension artists face in a world where the relevance of art is measured by click counts and the beauty of imperfection slips out of sight. It’s about real-world encounters beyond the digital – celebrating the moment and finding, together with the audience, a treasure that cannot be permanently recovered or captured on camera.

We are DreaMachine, a rock duo from Aachen, and we’d love to play live at your Thursday concert series. Since our founding in 2015 we’ve played on numerous stages and continuously developed our sound.
Our music blends elements of rock, grunge, punk and noise, inspired by bands like Nirvana, Mudhoney and Sonic Youth. Despite our minimalist two-piece lineup with guitar, vocals and drums, we create a powerful, multi-layered sound that often surprises – without using backing tracks.

resounded is a high-energy group of experienced musicians who have been active in different bands over the last twenty years and are now shaking up the local scene with a new lineup.
The audience is taken on a musical journey from rock to pop to funk, soul and many other styles.
The repertoire is as diverse as the band members themselves. Songs from different genres and decades are played, so there’s something for everyone – from classic rock to current chart hits, from Earth, Wind & Fire to Sade to Silk Sonic.
The set list also includes songs everyone knows that not every cover band has in their program. resounded consists of six musicians who pour their passion and skill into every song to get the crowd dancing, singing along and celebrating.

We are “Kleinkunstkommando”, a four-piece German pop-rock band from the Düren area. After a year of intensive work on our melodic and expressive songs, we’re ready to conquer the region’s stages and share our stories with listeners.
Our first self-produced single “Mädchen aus Limburg an der Lahn” will be released on 29 June 2025 – and we’re already super excited! As a teaser we’d like to give you an exclusive preview of this song and also present our demo version of “Von einer besseren Welt”.
Our current program includes 45–60 minutes of original songs, which can be complemented with some covers by arrangement. We are well equipped technically and can bring additional PA and gear if needed.

Whether solo with acoustic guitar or as part of a band – Sascha delivers gripping live performances that are sometimes powerful, sometimes thoughtful, but always full of real emotion and connection to the audience.
His lyrics revolve around rootlessness, friendship and the eternal search, while his sound shifts between rough folk and anthemic rock.

– Vapour Eyes | Alternative rock concert in Aachen
When a hard-hitting intro is followed by a melodic chorus and the last minute turns the song 180 degrees, that’s Vapour Eyes on stage. The four-piece from northern East Belgium is known for sophisticated songs that still stick in your head – and stay there.
Winning several major prizes at the 13th band contest at the Aachen youth café Pinu’u in March 2019 made Vapour Eyes known in the Euregio.
On 16 November 2019 their first EP “FACELESS” was released, followed by the self-produced EP “home” in autumn 2020. They are currently working on their first album.
Meanwhile, Louisa Thielen, Yannick Hermann, Philippe Decroupet and Tim Fatzaun also play acoustic shows – then, alongside guitar and bass, with keyboard and cajón.
